25 Ipad2 Giveaway contest rules, terms & conditions

No purchase is necessary. Ipad2 drawings will take place weekly, for 25 consecutive weeks, beginning Friday December 2, 2011. All registrations received by midnight the Thursday before the drawing are eligible to win an ipad2. Anyone registering for the drawing in North America is eligible to win, with the exception of employees of BCT, Inc., BCT franchise owners and their employees. A person may only register once during the duration of the contest. Registrants that are not chosen to win an ipad2 will remain eligible to win in future drawings related to this contest. Any person that enters more than one time will be disqualified. BCT is not responsible for registrations not accepted or received due to issues outside of its control, such as server and ISP outages and acts of nature. All registrations must be done via the registration page found at www.bctonline.net, and all registration information must be complete, accurate and legitimate. There are no other means of entering the contest. Contest winners should consult with a qualified person to determine if prizes are taxable. BCT, Inc and its affiliates are not liable for tax consequences related to this contest. Privacy notice: Registration information will be owned by BCT, Inc, and may be used for contest drawings and marketing purposes. Registrants consent that BCT may elect to use registrant’s information for marketing purposes. The odds of winning is based on the number of registrations received and winners will be chosen randomly. Ipad2 retail value is under $500. Ipad2 Drawings will take place weekly each Friday and winners will be announced no later than Wednesday of the following week on the contest website, www.bctonline.net.Winners have one month to claim their prize, per the instructions on the website. Winners acknowledge that BCT, Inc has the right to use their name for marketing purposes, where permitted by law. All registrants are eligible for the car giveaway. A person may only win one ipad2.
